Dr. Anju Malhotra is Distinguished Professor of Practice at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is currently seconded full time to the Global Financing Facility at the World Bank where she leads GFF’s work on gender and measurement to advance the health of women, children, and adolescents. Dr. Malhotra is a recognized leader on gender equality, reproductive health, and adolescent rights. She is especially known for her thought leadership on gender intentional investments, programs, measurement, and evaluation systems. Her work connects research with practice to shape smart, scalable strategies for advancing gender equality in health, education, and opportunity in the global South.
