Dr. Priyadharshini B is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Disaster Mitigation and Management at Vellore Institute of Technology in Vellore. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Her current research focuses on air pollution, climate change, and their health impacts. She combines field observations, remote sensing data, and statistical methods to examine pollution dynamics and their effects on the health of the Indian population. Her work aims to transform air quality data into actionable insights for mitigation strategies, public health, policy formulation, and decision-making.
