Dr. Sanghamitra Machhua is a Young Scientist at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, India, and holds a Ph.D. (Immunology and Molecular Genetics). Her research focuses on deciphering the etiopathogenesis of systemic sclerosis and primary immunodeficiencies through multi-omics integration, including genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenetic profiling. She has multiple research publications and national and international awards and carries a strong bench-to-bedside vision aimed at bridging clinical research to improve disease diagnosis, prognosis, and patient care.
